Cancel Disney subscription

Hi there,

I took out a 3 month subscription with yourself using some of my Tesco Clubcard points.

I am off sick and I’m hospital and if I go into Disney account I hit manage subscription and it takes me to my O2 account. But there is no subscription management there to cancel my subscription before I start paying.

I would like to cancel before it automatically renews on 13 feb 23 because I am only receiving statutory sick pay through work.

Can you do this for me as no where is my Disney app or o2 do I have the ability to cancel subscription?
