Got a new pay monthly iphone on o2 just a month ago and transferred from EE. Basically, I made a my o2 account but lost access to my email (old work email which I forgot the password for as I was always using face recognition/biometrics to login) which I used for that app and now I made a new email and registered for my o2 again using my number which I got from o2. The app doesn't recognize any services for my phone number and now I can't view my bills at all. I still have services from o2 though. HELP?
