My order has been dispatched but I can’t track this on my 02 as it’s not showing? I received the email but still can’t see when it’s going to arrive. Keep getting disconnected from live chat.

How to track here http://www.o2.co.uk/help/phones-and-devices/how-to-track-your-order#qs but if it's an accessory you won't get tracking details.
