Hello,

I've broken my phone and thus would like to get a new one as I have no insurance. I need to see how much there is left to pay of my contract and what my options are etc. The only problem being that to sign in to My O2 it wants my username and password which is fine but also to send a text with a code to my phone, obviously I can't do that as the phone is broken!

Can anyone help me with this?

@Ollie1

Do you have any old phone you can put your im in to get the text?

If not, You'll need to call customer service.

Use Skype if no other means of calling.

Advice from an O2 Guru regarding a way to get through:
When it comes to the reason you are calling stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
Say "Upgrade", "Lost/Stolen" or "Fraud" if you have to, to get put through to someone.
8.00am is the best time to call if you can.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)
