Hi I can not log into my O2 account on the app. I have changed my password twice. It has happened before due to my email address being spelt wrong when being set up in store. They fixed the issue but the app has logged me out and now I can not get back in. Also the recovery password/rememberable password was spelt wrong on set up in store. I’m not sure if they have changed this but I still can’t log in can u help me with this issue thanks.

This is a customer to customer community, not O2.
You need to contact O2.
Message them on Social Media. Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) or give them a call on 202 or 0344 809 0202 (contract) 4445 or 0344 8090222 (PAYG)

If you can log in via browser to your MyO2, https://accounts.o2.co.uk/signin , then uninstall and reinstall the app. You should be able to set the memorable word up yourself also, @P24 - once logged in via a browser.
