I am trying to login to My O2 Account and it is asking me an SMS access code sent to my phone number.  I swapped from montly payment to PAYG and apparently O2 should have posted a new SIM but this never arrived and my current SIM card is out of service (cancelled).

 

How can I talk to an Agent?
