Can't log in to my O2 app

Hi I'm a new O2 user. I bought my pay monthly phone last Friday but still can't log in to my O2 app. On website version I only have my details available to see and only information that I currently don't have any O2 products. How long does it normally take to set new users accounts. I only add that I saw an info saying that it takes up to 48h.

It takes a couple of days

Give it to the end of today

Also delete the app, reboot and then reinstall

If no different

You need to call customer service.

Call 202 from your mobile or use Skype to call 0800 032 1402

When you call, you will be asked for the reason you are calling,

Stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.

Press 2 for Everything Else

Press 5 for More Options

Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to an advisor.

Press Upgrade, Lost/Stolen or Fraud if you have to.

8am is the best time to call
