I want to change my tarrif but u won't accept my call

I wanted to buy a 20 pound tarrif bundle but won't let me call used the app online but took 1 pound of my account so can't get 20 pound tarrif

Try the one ending 4005 first.

I have called for an hour
And it won't take my calls...I can't top up my tarrif cos u need to cancel previous one been trying for an hour

Have you tried O2 on 0800 587 4005?

I used this number a few days ago and got straight through (as have many others)
