Can’t change my tariff

I have been trying to change my tariff back to a £10 rolling plan as I switched to the 8 Gig pay monthly. However, I want to change back and whenever I put my card details in it says that they won’t take the money and switch my tariff? Do you know why this is?

Are you currently on a pay monthly contract and you are trying to revert to a PAYG rolling plan ?

If so, I don't think that is a change that you can make yourself.
