I am late paying my bill.i can't call out but I need to speak to someone

You can reach the Payment Management team on 0800 902 0217.
The opening times are:
Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm
Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm

But as you have Internet access the Skype method posted will work

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.

You can call using Skype as per the link I posted above, or borrow a phone off someone.
