Hello,
I am having problem with activating my Disney+ extras. Every time I click to activate, it shows this error message. I even contacted customer service yesterday, the guy told me that he has activated from his side but I still can’t access Disney+ Is there a technical team who can look into this? I really want it to work before Christmas.

There is a known issue which O2 are currently investigating
We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 using the links below, they should be able to help you with this

Same here. had chat with O2 yesterday and they said they'd sort but hasnt worked. Finding the O2 chat link is needle in haystack stuff.
