I can’t access my o2 app even though I have been with o2 for a week now. I am also still having issues with my mobile number transfer from ee which was requested last Wednesday! Called up Friday and was told it had now been requested however as it was after 5pm it wouldn’t complete the transfer until Monday. I am still having issues now! Unacceptable as I am now being charged for two line rentals
