Hi,

How do I access my previous bills, if My O2 isn't working? I have a bill coming up soon and I want to see it on my laptop. Help would be much appreciated.

Thanks in advance.

@Cazzaworld

You'll need to call customer service.

Hi,

Thanks for the quick response. Do you think they could help me through the webchat service? I must admit I am not a big fan of call centres.

Live chat is not particularly good with account issues unfortunately.

I'm not sure if this has something to do with the fact that I can't access My O2 on my laptop but recently I did an update in removing Adobe Flash Player. Since that update, I can't access My O2.

Flash was never a requirement for consumer account access to your MyO2 so I doubt it's related.

Many are having problems currently and it's something that O2 are aware of.

@TheresaV is checking with O2 for updates.
