Can't access account to check balance

Apparently my account doesn't exist yet it does and it says apparently I am not with o2 yet or no account wait 48 hours when I go sign in on the my o2 app and on the website it says different things. 

 

I need to be able to access it as its my main phone number and its on a pay as you go rolling plan so if something is wrong with the payment in the future and it cancels the plan I won't be able to update the details to get me back on the plan if I can't acesss my account.

 

Could someone please look into this?
