Can't access account details

Hi, 

 

When i try to log into my02, i get this...

 

"To access your account details page, enter the code we’ve just sent to"

 

... but there is no field available for me to type the code anywhere!

 

Pls advise.

Can you try on a PC or if already on a PC, try a different browser.

Have you updated My O2? Some people are having issues with it. You should be on Version 11.1.24

You may be better off contacting customer services and asking them to reset your My O2 account

Yep, that did it. On a different browser, i was able to enter the code and get into myo2. I can now do it on my original browser (Chrome) too.
