Can’t access MyO2 app and website

I can’t access MyO2 account on the app and website. I’ve been having this issue for a few days and I can’t see how much data I’ve used as I got a message to say my data is low and I wanted to see what I’ve used it on but I still cannot access my account I’ve tried everythingg and nothing is working

You need to contact customer service
