Can i retreve deleted text messages

A recorded of texts sent can be found in you previous bills Guide: How do I get to the 'Download Bill' page? but the content of texts is not saved.

Unfortunately not.
The only way is if you had them backed up anywhere.

For future refence you need to download an app called SMS backup from Playstore (or other relevant to your device)

SMS Backup is no longer functioning as it failed Google’s new security protocols.

It's still working for me, every text is still backed up to GMail.
