Can I view what I’ve previously bought?
Cant find a link in my O2. I’m on PAYG £20 big bundle.

I think I may know what the issue is. Technically I’ve not bought anything with this account even though I’ve had two big bundles.

I had an issue on a previous account called @Anonymous
After not being able to resolve the issue, 02 created this new account and migrated the number and package over.

I can see the orders link but it says I have none. The above is the only explanation I can give.

Unfortunately I didn't @Marjo. Mine looks somewhat different to the pics shown.

4it happens like that unfortunately  A new account won't show previous orders on the other My O2 account. Only customer service could possibly help with historic orders.

Thanks for coming back to update on the issue @dez-d, that does sound like it requires customer service then as mentioned above. Please do let us know if you manage to access the previous orders in the end. slight_smile
