Calls made from abroad not on itemised bill

I am looking for proof of phone calls I made from abroad for an insurance claim.  When I have looked at my bill for calls I made that week it is showing that I did not make any calls at all for the whole time I was away!  Is this normal?

Calls from abroad can take longer to show as O2 need to wait to receive the costs from the roaming network you used. 

They will show on your bill eventually.
