Hi there,
I don't think I have chosen the correct Board.. but I am not sure which one I should have.
I am trying to call my friend in Cuba for while now and I am not able to.
I used to be able to, back in 2019(still same number and I did not change anything that I am aware of).
I got International Bold On.
When I try to call him from my other number (Slovak Number), I have no problem.
I even try to switch mobile phones (in case I somehow managed to block it on my main phone in settings).
Is anyone aware of any reason why I cannot do it now?
I hope you can help me.
Regards
I.

You may have a spend cap or international bar on your account.
You'll need to call customer service.
Numbers here Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support
When it comes to the reason you are calling stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
Say "Upgrade", "Lost/Stolen" or "Fraud" if you have to, to get put through to someone.
8.00am is the best time to call if you can.

Have you got a spend cap on your account?
Guide: Spend Caps & Charge to Mobile on O2
Sometimes get applied when you upgrade etc.
If so you need to call O2 to remove it

Advice from an O2 Guru regarding a way to get through:

@Ivansky21 Consider using Skype which you would have to buy credit for but would be cheaper than calling on your mobile, or even better, both you and the people you're calling in Cuba use WhatsApp or Facebook Messenger, which would be completely free.
