I have a sim only contract for my Iphone 5se however the screen is badly smashed and today the touch aspect completely stopped working how soon can I have a replacement sent out

An alternative and potentially quicker way of sourcing a new handset @SarahHamil would be to visit your local O2 retail store :-

Or better and cheaper, order a new phone from Amazon it will be here tomorrow.  Don't give o2 money for a sim free handset

And if you are on sim only o2 wont send you a phone...
