Hi,

I have recently got a new phone and I accidentally dropped it on the first day!  Would there be any cover under my 14 cooling off period?

Thanks

@dhill76139 Not unless you had insurance. If you have a homeowner's or renter's contents insurance policy, check that. You may be insured.

No, if you dropped it then it is not faulty and the cooling off period does not apply. As you would have to return the phone in the state it was delivered to you.

I'm afraid it will be an insurance claim or paid for repair.
