I am beyond frustrated and quite frankly so disappointed. I have been a customer for nearly 20 years. Here is the reason why:

I ordered a second iPhone/contract last week and the phone was delivered next day.

however the phone is blocked due to it being blacklisted/reported lost or stolen. I have called O2 at least 5 times a day for the last 5 days and keep being told either there is no block and the latest update from them is, yes there is a block but the third party provider needs to remove the block.

Well guess what?! O2 have no idea who the third party provider is and I am going around in circles. Is there anyone here that can help or guide me to a resolution before I lose the will to live.

Sorry for the rant! 😢

@Joanne1492

You can find who the 3rd Party who has put the block on yourself, and then tell o2 who it is, you use the checkmend service, it does cost a couple of pounds, but well worth it.

I will tag @O2Emma  as well who may be able to help

Hi @O2Emma

I am a retail advisor from the O2 store in Weston Super Mare. A customer of mine lost his iPhone a few weeks ago so placed an IMEI block on the phone. He has since found the phone, cancelled the upgrade to replace the phone and asked for the IMEI block to be removed. However after weeks of calling cs to unblock the IMEI the iPhone is still blocked. Please can you help me with this
