Right I’ve paid my £132 phone bill over the phone a few hours ago! I’m still cut off so looked online at my o2 account and my balance is £0 but it also says I need too pay £132! I’m fuming I work nights as a lorry driver I need my phone in case of emergency and they’ve cocked up again

@ashday101 Even if you paid a few hours before you posted it would be long after normal banking hours. I would think that it would be a minimum of overnight before O2 updates its systems and your payment, and may possibly take as much as up to three to five days before the payment clears. If you were cut off, you may also have to pay a reactivation charge.

If you can, speak to customer service in the morning. This is a customer community, and no one here has access to anyone else's account. https://www.o2.co.uk/contactus

Try rebooting the phone to see if it will connect to the network.
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
