This isnt customer services, so you will need to call o2 on 0344 809 0202 or 202 send them a message on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG),

 

It could be a dodgy app you have downloaded or you have clicked on a link on a website that has made calls..  but that is just conjecture..

Where you roaming at the time?

If you were near the border with Tunisia, accidentally roaming may have taken place
