you have sent me two messages for bills of two different amounts but the same account number. Why what will I be paying?

This is not O2. This is a customer community. I believe one bill is for your device, the other for your airtime.

How does O2 Refresh work?

The opening times are:

Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm

Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm
