Hi there.
I usually try to keep my billing under £10 but this month it is £42+… I am wondering why I am being charged for 2 month’s regular contract ?!!
And also why I have £8+ of extra minutes when I thought my minutes were free ??!
Also, why am I bring charged for a call I never made ?!!

This is not O2 but a community of customers like yourself. We have no access to accounts
Charges should show in My O2 Guide: How do I get to the 'Download Bill' page?
