Hi I can’t log into my 02 and I have no other access to phone you, I’ve tried both your numbers but won’t let me phone them. How can I pay my bill if I’ve no way of contacting you.
my dads just had a stroke and you know my daughter has cancer. I want to pay it but have no way of getting onto my account because you have blocked that and I can’t call you? Could you please tell me how you expect me to pay it?
