Why am I getting a message saying my o2 bill is overdue, but when signing in to my account and checking it states “15 days till your allowance needs to be renewed”
and no it’s not a scam message, it’s actually from o2. I’m just curious as this has happened a few times now.

This looks like something you’d need to call O2’s customer service team about – give them a call on 202, 0344 809 0202, or specific payment management number 0800 902 0217
