Hi could anyone help me i am trying to pay my bill which is due on the 9th april (today) but its sayin my balance is 0.00 any ideas on why this is happening ? Thanks in advance

@Zeta1504  Do you have a Direct Debit in place? If so, then your bill has been paid. You can check your MyO2 page for your statement details. If you aren't paying by Direct Debit, you need to speak to customer service. Best time to call is 8-8.30 am to avoid a long wait on hold. Do not use Live Chat. @Zeta1504 the O2 systems also run maintenance over night so that may explain why some features aren't available or up to date if there is no other explanation.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

When you say your bill is due, do you mean due to be raised (ie, told how much it is) or due to be paid (as in, you need to send o2 the money)?

Please note, this is not customer services and we cannot access your account. Do not publish personal details (email, phone number, bank account).
