Hi there,
I am just about to pay my final bill as I am ending my account and leaving o2. I have a great discussion with one of your colleagues last month and reassured my abilities in paying the final bill from my app.
However, now when I log on to the app on my phone my bill isn't able to show and therefore cannot pay, even though the 2 day reminder has pulled through my email.
As I live in Malaysia and no longer have my o2 UK number some guidance in paying this final bill would be greatly appreciated.

The problem is I don’t have my Uk number anymore so I can’t log in, even online. Is there a customer service email/phone number I can ring from abroad please?
