Bill download not working

Trying to download some past bills but keep getting an error message: DASH_ERR04: The account number in the target address is invalid.

 

Is anyone else having the same issue?? Can anyone help?

It's a common problem and a search of the forum will offer some suggestions but ultimately you need to report it to customer services on 202 so they can escalate the issue to tech support.
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)

Try using another browser to get to the download bill page. This has worked for some though not everyone...
