Hello, I hope everything is fine with you. I recently returned to my native country for a visit and am unable to access my phone numbers. I had assumed that my bills were paid via direct debit, but when I checked my bank account today, that was not the case. I attempted to pay the bill online, but it required an OTP. As I previously stated, I do not have access to my mobile phone numbers. Please assist me in paying the bill as I only have access to my email address. As quickly as possible please assist me.

You need to call the Payment Management team on 0800 902 0217.
The opening times are:
Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm
Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm

As mentioned above you can use Skype to call.
Skype can be downloaded to the device you are using to write on this forum and no need to access your number.
