Being dim - aunt has moved from Vodafone to O2 via Virgin Mecia deal - but no O2 sim

Aunt has gone for O2 mobile package as part of overall Virgin Media deal

She has missed 1st call from O2 & couldn’t understand the 2nd caller (she’s elderly & hard of hearing!)

I’m trying to assist 

Will she get a physical SiM through the post? Where do I upload her PAC from her previous phone provider, Vodafone?

@Salpal12 Your aunt should get a sim card in the post. She would need to give the PAC to O2: Migration & porting into O2 - O2 Community
