Apply Military Discount

Good afternoon,

Ive recently upgraded my iPhone and associated airtime package. Although the phone is still to be dispatched, I believe the airtime contract has restarted. 
I’ve been trying to reapply my military discount to my package but have had no luck. 
I have texted 61202 and stated armed forces Royal Navy and tried RNA01 but can’t seem to get the discount applied. 
please advice best way forward.

Best thing to do is wait until your phone arrives and then try again, best time is a few days afterwards, and through then o2 website - https://o2open.co.uk
