Hi, i am wondering if anyone can help?
i have recently just bought an apple watch series 5 with the cellular option. The watch arrived today and as i was setting it up i obviously got the option to set it up with the cellular option, which i oppted to do straight away. i have now been trying this for 3 hours now and i am still being told to call 202 and use reference code 37, however, when i calll 202 i am told that if it isnt to do with theft or fraud then to refer to online. after scouring the online forums i am yet to find anything that has worked. Please if anyone knows how to fix this let me know!

i just used one of the numbers that you provided and i got told that as my enquiery isnt urgent i have to look online. Do you know if there is any other way to resolve this problem?
