I've been having trouble with the o2 app!

The last couple of days it keeps saying error and the odd few times its let me on the screen is just white. Been a little bit of a pain as I know my bill is more this month as I bought some data, as I ran out!.

I've turned phone off and on, uninstalled app, hard reset phone.

Any advice?

Did you reboot after uninstalling the app and before reinstalling?

Hey there @Becca-1

Are you having any problems with your 4G or WiFi Connection? Could you try Clear Cache, Clear Data and then Uninstall and restart the phone and reinstall the App again and see if this issue resolved.

If not contact o2 on 202.

Is the App uptodate? Or even try myo2 online would work if the app ain't working.
