I have the my o2 app, but suddenly its not compatible with my phone. I have a Samsung galaxy s20+ so it's not like its historic. Now I have no app access which is completely ridiculous. Issue with an update? How can this be fixed?

Try deleting the app and reinstalling. See if that fixes it. If not then contact O2.
Give O2 a call on 202 or 0344 809 0202.
Or you can message O2 on Facebook ( https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter ( https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram ( https://o2uk.co/O2CIG), hopefully they should be able to help.

If the old app asks you to upgrade when you start it, ignore the warning. The old version works fine at the moment
