Is the app down? I haven’t been able to sign in since Friday

Working ok for me. Have you tried deleting the app and reinstalling?

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)

Not working for me either. Can sign in on Web but not via MyO2 app. First noticed today. Reset with online chat and still not working

If you use a VPN set to UK the app works!

All ok 👌for me to so it's not a general problem. Deleting and reinstalling usually sorts it.
