Is there any way to stop my son accidentally accepting apps that incur charges whilst using you tube?

You need to get customer services to apply charge to mobile and premium rate bars to the account.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)

Give them a call on 202 and 8.30am is the quickest time to get through.
