I have received an email from o2 saying I have ordered sim for a mobile no. Ending in 7059, yesterday 9 July 2023. At best this is an error and I want it to be cancelled, as I did not make this order.
I have only two mobiles registered with you, namely:
[Removed] and [Removed]
Can you please sort out this confusion and confirm cancellation of the no. …..7059 and the additional Direct debit!
