Morning! How do I claim my Airtime Reward? O2 tell me I have a credit note waiting but Im not sure how to access it!

You redeem the credit on the Airtime app, and then (as long as your phone number is in your account with them) it just appears on your bill @SMO 

You shouldn't have to redeem anything with o2...
