Does anyone know why O2 are taking my device charge out each month by direct debit but not the airtime charge? I had an enforcement notice saying I hadn't paid it?? But I just presumed it would all be taken in one payment by DD

It should be 2 direct debits but taken automatically.
You can reach the Payment Management team on 0800 902 0217.
The opening times are:
Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm
Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm
