Adjument charges onmy bill

I have received my bill and there is an adjustment fee for 7.20. Just checked last month's and it started the with a fee for 3.60 so doubled this month. Has anyone else had this and does anyone know what it is for?

@Camz We are all customers here. No access to anyone's account. You'd need to speak to customer service, which is, as you would guess extremely busy. Best time to try to get through is 8 am.

Sounds like a discount period has ended. They usually run for 12 or 24 months so if you have gone beyond the time limit the discount you had will now be added.
