I have 3 family numbers on my account that have been automatically ported over to O2 from virgin Media. How can is see all the numbers on my account from MyO2. I was able to keep track of data usage etc when with Virgin Mobile. However I cannot see where I can get the same information on MyO2

You need to use different email addresses for each account now.
We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this
