Hi all
I now have a new O2 contract phone which I use in parallel with PAYG SIM elsewhere. The MyO2 login only seems to display the PAYG number. When I attempt to 'bring in new device', the website indicates that the pay monthly device is already associated with my account! Curiously, after failing the 'bring in' process, I can then see the new number in the dashboard and can access bills etc - but only until I log out. When I log in again, I only see PAYG number again. I called O2 but the agent just indicated that 'it happens sometimes' and did not offer a solution. Any ideas anyone? Thank you

Unfortunately you need to call customer service again to fix it for you..
That's what they are there for, not to fob you off.
