Adding my boyfriends o2 acc etc to My o2 app

Hi,my boyfriend currently has a lost handset and I would like to know if it's possible to add his phone number etc to my o2 app so he can access his account.?.

It would be better for him to access his MyO2 online as it can not be undone once he gets a new phone http://www.o2.co.uk/myo2

He also needs to report his phone lost Guide: Lost or Stolen O2 Device? - How to Report it to avoid a big bill if somone finds it and uses it.

It won't be possible until he gets another replacement sim card and the account unblocked

@Shelley100  Not a good idea for your boyfriend to alter his account. He needs to report the phone as lost. O2 will take care of the rest, and he will be sent a new sim card.
