Please can someone let me know if there is a way of adding my son’s phone number to the my o2 app. I’ve just received a hefty bill and I need to be able to track his phone!
P.s I pay the bill and own the phone!

Hi @Boysmum

Yes you can do this via My O2. There is a section called Bring In Products and you can add his to you account.

If you have problems doing this, than call O2 to sort it out for you.

All numbers in this guide Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support

Use the number ending 4005. It has good results getting through to an advisor.

Currently not possible to do @TJW

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

@TJW

You'll need to create a MyO2 for each sim using a different email for each one.
