Adding a phone number to my O2 app

How do I add a number to my O2 app?
I can't get anyone at O2 to answer the phones or anyone on the online chat for the last + weeks. Also I can't get anyone to answer the phone so I can change my bill date and it's winding me up.
I have been into the shop and they said I have to call customer services but I just get cut off unless I want to cancel my contract or report a lost or stolen phone. 😠

Advice from an O2 Guru regarding a way to get through:

If you call 202, when it comes to the reason you are calling stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.

Press 2 for Everything Else

Press 5 for More Options

Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.

Do you mean you want to take out a 2nd contract/line, or add an existing line to the app so you can see both @Alexia1?

You can import your other products into your MyO2 by clicking one of the options on the MyO2 home page.

Once linked, they cannot be unlinked without ending one of the contracts.
