Hi, I have had 2 sims, one for myself and one for my son, which transferred over from Virgin to O2.  Once I installed the my O2 app both numbers appeared on the app to monitor.

I have now added a third O2 sim for my daughter but when I set up her phone I had to log back into the My O2 app and only her account details are showing.

I tried to add our other 2 numbers but the system tells me that they are already under an existing account, but I have no way to access them now.

Any ideas?

Technically you can't merge different numbers into My O2 at the moment.

You will need to contact O2 as we are all customers here

Message them on Social Media. Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG

Or phone them on 202 or 0344 809 0202 (contract)

4445 or 0344 8090222 (PAYG)

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.
